  6. Hi Saloua & Marijke!
My name is Jerom, and with two fellow MSc students of Strategic HRM I’m currently doing a project on Balanced Scorecard as a method. For this we chose ING as a subject, and we would like to know more about Agile, ING’s HR policy and the role of technology and automating processes within ING.

We’d love to talk to you about this, to get a more personal touch, instead of just browsing through official documents on the ING website. Could you help us with this (over a cup of coffee?), and if not, help us get in touch with people within ING that could and would like to.

It would be great to talk about how this works in practice instead of just studying literature 🙂
We have a deadline pretty soon, so if you would be interested, please let me know.

    Cheers,
    Jerom

  7. Very nice work! As we are changing to agile WoW in ING BE, this blog really gives me and hopefully a lot of other colleagues a good insight in daily scrum/aglie working! Will share this to other co-workers. Keep up the good work!

  8. Time for a Retro?

Hi Saloua & Marijke, It has been 2 years since your last post on this platform but I guess the development of your skills, your teams and agile way of working has evolved along the way.
So, although a lot of your thoughts and experiences are still valid today, I would be interrested in how you look back and….. Foreward!

What are the things / experiences you both regret, what made you feel proud and how are you gonna make those insights actionable??

    I’m curious….
